CKEditor Reform

- Add basic support for the standard "filebrowser" plugin,

which is part of all CKEditor presets

- The filebrowser plugin supports image uploads to the server and

to browse/select images already attached to this object

(based on displayed_object_id)

- Bump version number to 0.13
