Make oacs-dav an optional dependency for the file-storage package

Callback implementations and folder registrations will happen only when the package is detected at startup. For existing installations, no action is performed, buit the oacs-dav package can now be deleted without complaints.

provided a helper proc to query the mapping of a generic icon name to a concrete

This function is necessary in boundary cases, where e.g. a display_template passes the generic

name of the icon via template variables which have to be

@-substituted before adp-tag resolution, which performs the

regular icon name mapping (otherwise, the tag resolver receives

e.g. ...name=@icon@...)

Make use of util::file_content_check and check also in other cases

This change also covers the case, where the checkmark for uploading

zip files was added marked in "upload file". It will also report

errors which were silently swalled before.

new function: ::content::revision::export_to_filesystem

This change moves functionality from file-storage to acs-content-repository.

all application packages should be free of internals, such as the storage

type. Storage_type should be handeled in the content-repository package.

We are not yet done, there is still more to do in this respect in

the file-storage package.

File storage max upload limit reform:

the max upload limit will now default to empty. Rationale: this value is

one that ages quickly with respect to new storage requirements, and is

currently set to something incompatible with the vanilla Naviserver configuration

(500MB fs vs 20MB ns).

The upgrade script will make so that instances setting this parameter

higher than the server upload limit configuration will be

set empty as well (this would never have an effect, as server

will prevent the upload altogheter anyway).

Max upload limit in bytes is now retrieved from a proc implementing

this fallback to server configuration logics. Other than centralizing,

its purpose is to be used in client-side code checks in the future

so we could prevent a doomed upload in advance.

Allow copy of files/folders into the same folder of the original content. This is done by appending a numerical suffix to the name.

It required modifying copy stored procedures so they could accept a different name and title for the copy.

I have also removed redundant package definition in oracle code that was immediately overridden afterwards.
