Added 'on delete cascade' constraint to bt_projects_apm_packages_fk, and sourcing bug-tracker-notifications-init.sql, so notifications actually work when you install bug-tracker :)
cleaning up and improving the criteteria for selecting text in adp:s to consider for translation, making sure adp variable syntax is converted to percentage syntax for adp files when replacing temporary message tags (note: for tcl files this conversion must still be done manually)
now considering an en_US catalog key to be used if package_key.message_key occurs anywhere, adding check that non en_US catalog file keys are present in the en_US catalog file, making the output of the script a little more consistent
