Revert massive replacement of empty list creation sentences. The use of '[list]' instead of '{}' adds semantics that could be used for performance improvements in the future, such as using a different internal representation. There is already work in this direction, avoiding the generation of the string representation during comparison of empty strings (huge thanks to Stefan Sobernig for the pointer: https://core.tcl.tk/tcl/info/44527c632ed609c2).

- The C-library function tmpnam() is deprecated since a while. Therefore naviserver has deprecated ns_tmpnam as well.

Therefore we introduce a new function "ad_tmpnam" which requires just a minimal change and uses ns_mktemp.

- added argument "-passing_style" to search::content_filter

to make explicit whether data contains content or a file name.

Previously, text/* meant automatically passing-style string,

leading to missing results when plain files were added

to the content repository

The instantiate callback would fail if search was mounted during initial

install (as in a custom install.xml file). It only indexes now if the

init file has been sourced, which will be after server restart if one is

doing an initial install.

Roll back my previous commit that put the last dequeue call into a default block of the switch. Objects that have insert/update and delete operations in the same run would never be dequeued otherwise.
